Refunds & Returns
If you don't love our products, return your order within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
If your product is damaged you can return your order within 30 days. We ask that you must report the product as damaged within 30 days of delivery and photo evidence must be provided.
We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs.
Do not return your parcel without our prior approval.
Follow these steps when returning an item(s):
- Email email@example.com with a photo of the product you want to return and your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and a return delivery address.
- Package and return your parcel to the address provided.
- Once received your order will be refunded.
Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Coconutsy.
